Your unit is protected with 4K high definition security cameras and an electronic keypad controlled entrance. That gives you secure access and added peace of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, e-transfer, debit, post-dated cheque, or cash. Payments are due by the 5th of each month.

Do you need to sign a storage contract?

Yes. You’ll sign a storage contract before renting a unit. It covers your unit size, cost, month-to-month term, and rental terms, including non-payment rules.

How much notice do you need before move-out?

You need to give 25 days' notice before you vacate your unit.

Do you sell locks and moving supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can buy a metal 2" lock with 2 keys, and you’ll get a free carabiner key chain. We also sell mattress covers.

Snow Removal Service

- We maintain our own snow removal, when it snows the facility is plowed the same day.
- We go above and beyond by shoveling away your unit door, easy access during the winter.

Hydro And Lighting In Units?

- Six units are equipped with a 4ft Bright LED Light.
- The Lights are a courtesy mostly appreciated by Contractors.
